Actor-Philanthropist Sonu Sood Appeals To Contributing Towards Schools To Boost Education Among Children.
Actor-philanthropist Sonu Sood took to his social media handle and shared a video of him appealing to the audience to contribute towards building schools to boost education among children. Sood’s contribution to the development of schools spreads in various parts of the country including Telangana, Maharashtra and Punjab among others.
In the video, the actor is seen surrounded by school kids and authorities as he inaugurates a government educational institution. A few snapshots from the event include students studying in the class, and the reconstruction of washrooms that add to the development and hygiene of students and education society.
The actor was swamped with love from the students and created a heartwarming atmosphere. Sood’s this step is also an extension towards encouraging adoption and providing them with quality education.
Sharing the video, Sonu Sood wrote, “Build schools for the poor to make our country even stronger. Adopt kids who can’t study. Support schools who need you. #supporteducation #school #education”
The philanthropist was recently honoured with the Champions of Change Award by the Hon’ble 37th Chief Justice of India Justice K G Balakrishnan & Hon’ble Justice Gyansudha Misra.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Sonu Sood has donned the director’s hat for the first time for his film ‘Fateh’. Along with directing, the actor is also starring in it alongside Jacqueliene Fernandez. ‘Fateh’ is produced by Sonu Sood’s production company Shakti Sagar Productions and co-produced by Zee Studios.
