PNB lights up celebrations; launches ‘Festival Bonanza Offer’
Waives off processing charges on housing, car and myProperty loan
New Delhi. Bringing much cheer and fervour to the ensuing festive season, India’s second-largest public sector bank, Punjab National Bank (PNB) announced a mega ‘Festival Bonanza Offer’ for its customers, waiving off all upfront/processing fees and documentation charges on some of its major retail products like housing loans, car loans and myProperty loans.
Customers can avail of the exciting offer – available till 31st December 2020 – through any of the PNB’s 10,897branches around the country or via digital channels.
To enhance the availability and affordability of credit to customers, PNB has also slashed the processing fees on fresh as well as takeover loans. On home loans, customers are now exempted from paying the processing fees i.e. ~0.35% of the loan amount maximum Rs. 15000/- besides the documentation charges.
On car loans, customers can now save upto 0.25% of the total loan amount while on myProperty loans, it could be up to INR 1.00 lac depending on the loan amount.
The bank now offers a highly attractive interest rate at 7.10% on home loans (effective 1st September 2020) and 7.55% on car loans.
Despite the impact of the pandemic on both credit offtake and the customer sentiment, the Bank is confident that this festive season will see an encouraging revival in the overall consumer spending thereby boosting its credit portfolio further besides positively impacting the economic recovery.
