R MADHAVAN DECLARED THE MOST POPULAR ON-SCREEN FATHER: SURVEY
Actor R Madhavan is celebrated for his on-screen work, but the actor is equally popular for his off-screen persona. His enviable filmography and back-to-back successes has earned him the tag of an actor with a Midas touch. While he already has several accolades to his credit, he has added another title to his cap. As per a survey, the actor has now been titled the most popular father in Hindi cinema.
The survey was conducted last month in 10 states of the country, and as per the result, the actor is at the forefront as the most influential father in Hindi cinema. What amped up this image among the audiences is R Madhavan’s endeavour to do everything to make his son Vedaant’s dream come true. Vedaant, an international swimmer, won 4 gold medals and 3 silver medals at the 48th Junior National Aquatics Championships for swimming. At the Malaysian Open, he won 5 gold medals for India. Madhavan and his wife had also shifted to Dubai to help Vedaant prepare for the Olympics.
Previously, his fans celebrated the actor’s decision to turn down the offer to endorse a pan masala brand, despite being given a whopping amount of money. Madhavan’s choice to turn down the offer underscored his dedication to aligning with brands that resonate with his principles, solidifying his reputation as a conscious public figure. It also highlighted Madhavan’s ethics of not wanting to do anything that would send a wrong message to teenagers and youth.
On the work front, Madhavan has an interesting line-up, which is set to highlight his acting prowess yet again. The actor, who kickstarted 2024 with the blockbuster film ‘Shaitaan’, is now looking forward to the release of ‘Bridge’, ‘Dhurandhar’, ‘De De Pyaar De 2’, and ‘Shankaran’. He will also be seen in Tamil projects such as ‘Test’ and ‘Adhirshtasaali’.
