String Metaverse expands global presence with UAE approvals and BSE listing
Hyderabad, India – October 28, 2024 – Leading Web3 technology company String Metaverse today announced significant developments in its ability to combine blockchain and artificial intelligence while also obtaining crucial regulatory approvals in the United Arab Emirates. This achievement represents a significant leap forward in the company’s aim to promote digital economy innovation through cutting-edge technologies.
This innovative idea, coined the “Agentic Economy,” offers a fresh method for self-learning AI agents to do business with other AI-driven agents as well as with human users. These self-governing agents can enable safe transactions using cryptocurrencies, opening the door to a more vibrant, artificial intelligence-powered online economy. This breakthrough offers previously unheard-of transparency and participation in digital environments by enabling asset tokenization, AI-generated community content, and agent-to-human and agent-to-agent trade. Furthermore, AI agents may independently create and carry out smart contracts with the use of cryptocurrency wallets, guaranteeing more seamless, automated transactions across a range of digital assets and services.
In a pivotal regulatory milestone, String Metaverse has obtained three essential approvals in the UAE: an AI License, a Blockchain Node Operator License, and a DEpin License from RAKDAO (Ras Al Khaimah Digital Assets Oasis). These licenses provide a compliant operational base for the company’s advanced AI-Blockchain offerings in the UAE market.
“The integration of blockchain technology and artificial intelligence represents a significant breakthrough in digital commerce,” stated String Metaverse Founder Krishna Mohan. “By enabling AI agents to execute secure transactions autonomously, we’re establishing a framework for more efficient, transparent, and automated digital interactions.”
Simultaneously, String Metaverse announces the successful completion of its merger with BIO Green Papers LTD under the IBC CIRP framework. The newly merged entity is set to begin trading on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 31, 2024, under scrip code 534535. A change of corporate name to String Metaverse LTD is currently underway, pending approval from the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
String Metaverse focuses on developing cohesive Web3 solutions that integrate AI, blockchain, and gaming technologies. The company is dedicated to creating practical uses for digital commerce and user interaction while ensuring regulatory adherence and fostering technological advancement.
