Running for an immersive 9-day experience until January 21, the festival promises to deliver the true essence of Punjabi cuisine during brunch, lunch, and dinner services.

The festival’s meticulously curated menu showcases a symphony of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian delights. From the creamy richness of Dal Makhani to the succulent perfection of Tandoori Chicken, and the irresistible charm of Amritsari Kulcha, guests are invited to savor an array of dishes that pay homage to the diverse flavors of Punjab.

Executive Chef Santosh Yadav, the culinary maestro at The Park Hotel, expressed his excitement for the festival, stating, “Punjabi cuisine, with its rich history and bold flavors, has always been a center of attraction for food enthusiasts.
