When Pyar Ki Luka Chuppi co-actors discover the common family connections
Aparna Dixit (Srishti) and Alan Kapoor (Angad) belong to Agra and recently learnt that they have plenty of common family friends
Mumbai There are plenty of times unknown actors become friends while working together. This bond is faster and easier to build when actors have something common between them, be it either hailing from the same city or having known friends.
However, the case of Alan Kapoor (Angad) and Aparna Dixit (Srishti) is a bit unique. While both the leads of Pyar Ki Luka Chuppi belong to Agra, the duo were not aware about having common family friends until discovering them recently while having a conversation.
Talking about discovering commonalities and his friendship with Aparna, Alan Kapoor says, “Aparna is a very sweet and genuine girl. While chatting we realised we belong to the same home town and have a lot of common friends.
We also bond over common things and conversation. We are family friends and our parents have some common friends too. Now that we are co-actors, it feels great. Our chemistry on screen is a pure reflection of our friendship”
On realizing common connections with Alan, Aparna Dixit says, “So Alan and I recently discovered that we have a lot of mutual friends through our families. We have a lot of common connections that we initially didn’t know before we started shooting together.
We were almost unaware about these connections until now. Now that we have bonded, we talk about a lot of common things. Since we belong to the same city, we end up talking about places and these conversations have created a natural bond.
Also, both of us weren’t able to visit Agra due to the lockdown. So, now whenever we get a chance, we will plan a trip together to Agra and visit our homes.”
Their on-screen chemistry is indeed a reflection of their bonding!
