World Dance Day: Nargis Fakhri calls dancing a ‘form of meditation’.
Actress Nargis Fakhri etched a mark among the audiences with her distinct choice of films throughout her career. But beyond acting, the actress has left everyone amazed with her infectious dance moves in some of her famous tracks. Her popular songs such as Yaar Naa Mile, Galat Baat Hai, Oye Oye and more not only ruled the music libraries, but are adored by fans even today. On the occasion of World Dance Day, Nargis Fakhri has revealed how dance helps her express herself, and how it is an extension of her personality.
“I strongly believe that dancing is one of the best forms of expression on screen. For me, it is a form of meditation as well because when I am dancing, I tend to forget my stress. Not just dance, I enjoy watching some great choreography as well. I remember my first instance of dancing on screen was with ‘Rockstar’, and it remains incredibly special. I was a wreck on the set as I was so nervous, but once the music started playing, I couldn’t stop my feet from tapping. It was a big thing and so exciting as well! I hope to do it more often on screen,” Nargis stated.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Nargis Fakhri was last seen in ‘Tatlubaaz’. The actress has an exciting lineup of projects coming up her way, which she will announce later this year.
