Special Shringar of Maa Jagdamba and Chhappan Bhog Offering at Temple; Young Girls Enthrall Devotees with Garba Performances
Indore, October 17, 2026: On the sixth day of Navratri, devotees in Indore participated in religious celebrations at Shri Maa Jagrut Jagdamba Temple, located in Shri Ramkrishna Bagh Colony. The temple witnessed special Shringar of Maa Jagdamba and various religious programmes. The Chhappan Bhog offering made by Sunil Malviya in the presence of temple committee members and colony residents was one of the major highlights of this year’s celebrations.
The programme began with the blessings of the temple’s chief priest, Shri Mangal Prasad Dubey. He said, “By the immense grace of Maa Jagdamba, our temple has been carrying forward religious traditions for the past 35 years. During Navratri, grand Garba celebrations are organised, Chhappan Bhog is offered to Maa, and a Bhandara is held on the auspicious occasion of Navami with devotion and a spirit of service. This tradition represents the faith of devotees, their cooperation and social unity. May Maa Jagdamba’s blessings always remain upon everyone, and may these service activities continue uninterrupted.”
Sunil Malviya said emotionally, “By the grace of Maa Jagdamba, we received this opportunity to offer Chhappan Bhog. My aim is to ensure that people from every section of society can visit the temple, experience Maa’s blessings and come together in a spirit of unity.”
