‘Desi dancing is part of my morning routine’: Namish Taneja
Mumbai. Fitness is one of the core aspects of everyone’s life. One should never take a healthy life for granted. Aye Mere Humsafar Actor Namish Taneja who we see as Ved is a huge fitness freak and encourages everyone to lead a healthy life.
Taneja always picks climbing the stairs over using the lift and enjoys judo pushups but shares an interesting way of how he likes to get his cardio done. He says, “I do what I feel best to burn calories.
Sometimes it can be a regular 30 minutes of walking and sometimes it can also be 15 minutes of desi dancing. I discovered how amazing desi dancing can be during the lockdown and now it has become a part of my morning routine.”
Namish says it is not necessary to do difficult exercises or spend a lot of money in the gym. When asked for one tip he would like to share with his fans, he said, “Choose any activity that you enjoy like dancing or walking or cycling, just do that. It’s important for fitness.
Even I take fitness very seriously and whenever I have time on hand, I do not miss out on hitting the gym and working on my body. But on cheat days, I love some Maa ke haath ke parathe, desi ghee wale malai ke saat.”
