Nishant Singh Malkani follows Hrithik’s fitness mantra for a ripped body
Actor Nishant Singh Malkani who plays Akshat Jindal from Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega has impressed one and all with his acting skills on the show. While Akshat and Guddan’s (played by Kanika Mann) romance and Antara’s (played by Dalljiet Kaur) re-entry has caught the audience’s attention, it is the actor’s ripped body that has also been the talk of the town!
Be it his bare-bodied sequences or his social media posts, everyone has appreciated Nishant’s macho physique. But what is the secret behind his ripped look?
Nishant spills the beans on his fitness regime and shares that he is a fitness fanatic, who never misses hitting the gym. He also reveals that he doesn’t follow a diet plan, but does follow a routine just like his idol Hrithik Roshan and that is truly the secret to his hot bod.
The actor says, “I do not follow a diet plan per se, but I do eat healthy. Importantly, I avoid junk and sugar. However, I must add that I practice a routine of Intermittent Fasting. Basically, I don’t eat for 16 hours and then there is a fixed 8-hour period when I eat. Hrithik Roshan, who I have been following for several years, also follows the same routine and you all know how fit he is! He is the inspiration for me taking up this routine.”
Nishant also has a special chef to take care of his dietary needs. As he adds, “I have hired a full-time Chef who accompanies me through the day. He takes care of my food on the sets and at home too. He organises all my meals.”
But that’s not it! Apart from this diet routine, the actor also makes sure he never misses out on working out, again following the footsteps of Hrithik. “Everyday, after shoot no matter what time I pack up, I go to my gym. So, gym comes before home for me,” signs off Nishant.
