Star Bharat family comes in support of Maithali in Lakshmi Ghar Aayi

Dowry has been a part of Indian marriage since ancient times. Even today after number of efforts made by government and various NGO’s this evil practice still prevails. To change the perception and create awareness among its viewers Star Bharat is bringing a show which makes people aware about dowry. After its ‘Bharat Ki Har Laadli’ campaigns’ immense success Star Bharat is now bringing in another campaign to create conversations around the prevalent system of Dowry in India.

Produced by Shakuntalam Telefilms, the soon to release show will feature the talented Ananya Khare, Akshit Sukhija and Simran Pareenja in pivotal roles. The show will revolve around an intriguing story of Maithali essayed by the beautiful Simran Pareenja who is an ordinary girl that faces the social challenge and becomes a victim of Dowry. The story focuses on how a girl child is never a liability. How she becomes an inspirational champion of the anti-dowry movement is something the viewers need to watch out for.
