Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai: Vibhuti’s Hilarious Mix-up with Tendua

It wouldn’t be wrong to say Sanjay and Binaiferr Kohli’s Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain! is the portrait of comedy in the Indian TV industry. The show, which is produced under the Edit II banner, has completed nine years on-air, and is looking forward to completing another nine and beyond.

During Navratri, Angoori, Prem, the Doctor, and Master come to Vibhuti’s house to collect donations. Unfortunately, Vibhuti doesn’t have any money, and Tiwari makes fun of him in front of everyone. Feeling deeply embarrassed, Vibhuti goes to Godi Bar with Uncle to drink. There, a man named Bamboolina mistakes Vibhuti for Tendua, the wealthy owner of the bar, because Vibhuti and Tendua look exactly alike. Bamboolina gives Vibhuti a lot of money, believing him to be Tendua.

Vibhuti returns home with money, giving Anita ₹20,000 and donating ₹30,000. Later, Bamboolina invites Vibhuti back to the bar, saying they’ve prepared a special event for him. At the bar, Vibhuti meets a woman named Chumalina, whom he mistakenly thinks is Anita, and starts dancing with her on stage. Tiwari secretly records the entire thing on his phone. He shows the video to Anita and tells her that Vibhuti is Tendua from Godi Bar. Anita confronts Vibhuti, but before he can explain the truth, Uncle stops him. Chumalina then arrives at Anita’s house and claims that Vibhuti is her lover. Confused, Anita throws Vibhuti, Uncle, and Chumalina out of the house.

Tiwari, however, convinces them to come to his house. Meanwhile, an informer tells his boss, Khastabar, that Tendua is not dead but still alive. At Tiwari’s house, Uncle and Angoori try to convince Anita that she should marry Vibhuti and stay with him, but Anita finds it hard to believe that Vibhuti would cheat. At that moment, Chumalina takes out some photographs from her bag, showing her with Tendua in personal moments. Everyone begins to believe Vibhuti is a cheater. But Vibhuti finally reveals the truth—that people mistook him for Tendua because they look alike, and he kept quiet because he was receiving money. Hearing this, Anita forgives him.

The next night, while they are playing Dandiya for Navratri, Khastabar shoots at Vibhuti, but miraculously the bullet misses. With Saxena’s help, Happu arrests Khastabar. The next day, Chumalina arrives at Tiwari’s house with her suitcase, intending to live with Tendua. However, Tiwari and Anita team up to have her arrested. In the end, Angoori, Tikka, and Tillu visit Vibhuti again, asking for donations for another event. This time, instead of being sad, Vibhuti jokes around, making everyone laugh.
