Actress Deekshha Sonalkar Tham Reflects on the Legacy of Ratan Tata
In a heartfelt tribute to the passing of Ratan Tata, actress Deekshha Sonalkar Tham, currently seen in the show Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye, expressed her deep sorrow over the loss of the iconic industrialist and philanthropist. Tata, who passed away at the age of 86, was widely regarded as a national treasure, leaving behind a remarkable legacy that inspired millions.
“Ratan Tata’s passing is a very personal loss for everyone who knew of him and his work. The nation has truly lost a gem,” Deekshha shared. “He played a significant role in bringing the world to this country, not just through the industries he created and the brands he introduced, but also through his extensive philanthropic efforts that contributed immensely to Indian development.”
Reflecting on the qualities that made Tata an enduring inspiration, Deekshha emphasized his humility. “His humility is often spoken about when people fondly remember him. I think no matter the level of success and achievements one has, remaining humble is essential. I have definitely learned humility from him,” she remarked.
Deekshha also praised Tata’s commitment to animal welfare, particularly his recently opened hospital for animals in Mumbai. “This hospital is one of the best things that could happen to the city. I’ve had personal interactions with the vets at the hospital, and I believe that his passion and vision have translated into his employees there as well,” she noted.
As the country mourns the loss of Ratan Tata, Deekshha believes his legacy will endure. “He may have left for the heavenly abode, but I truly believe his legacy will live on forever. His work and the values he embodied will continue to inspire generations to come.”
