Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain: A Magical New Year Turns Chaotic in Modern Colony

It wouldn’t be wrong to say Sanjay and Binaiferr Kohli’s Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain! is the portrait of comedy in the Indian TV industry. The show, which is produced under the Edit II banner, has completed nine years on-air, and is looking forward to completing another nine and beyond.

The show features Aasif Sheikh, Rohitashv Gour, Vidisha Srivastava, and Shubhangi Atre in lead roles and airs on &TV.

Angoori suggests to Tiwari that they should celebrate the New Year with a grand event. However, Tiwari refuses. Meanwhile, Anita proposes the same idea to Vibhuti, but he also declines. Later, Angoori and Anita discuss their plans and discover that both their husbands are against the idea. They decide to plan something together. Suddenly, Tiwari and Vibhuti change their minds, agreeing to have a grand celebration. Everyone decides to perform an act or “item” as part of the celebration.

Vibhuti learns some magic tricks from Saxena, and Tiwari asks Anita for a couple’s dance. Anita agrees but reveals she has a surprise performance planned instead of a dance.

On New Year’s Eve, the celebrations begin with different acts. Teeka and Tillu act as beggars, and Chacha performs a dance. Then, Anita and Tiwari present their act, where Anita demonstrates self-defense techniques and ends up beating Tiwari as part of the act. Finally, it’s time for Vibhuti and Angoori’s performance. Vibhuti performs magic and makes Angoori disappear.

However, things take a shocking turn when Angoori doesn’t reappear. Saxena informs Vibhuti that he must have recited the wrong mantra, causing Angoori to vanish. Everyone panics, but it’s soon revealed that Angoori has been kidnapped by one of Tiwari’s clients. The client is angry with Tiwari for not taking back defective undergarments he had sold him and kidnapped Angoori to teach him a lesson.

The group starts searching for Angoori by putting up missing posters. Tiwari becomes deeply upset, and Vibhuti feels guilty. Saxena suggests that Vibhuti walk naked through the colony to bring Angoori back, claiming it would appease the universe. Despite Anita’s protests, Vibhuti does it out of guilt.

Meanwhile, Anita advises Tiwari to announce on TV that whoever finds Angoori will receive a reward. The kidnapper sees this announcement and returns Angoori but demands his reward. Tiwari refuses, accusing him of kidnapping. The client defends himself, saying he only wanted to teach Tiwari a lesson. Happu is called, and the client is arrested.

Everyone is relieved and happy as Angoori safely returns. The chaotic New Year celebration finally ends on a cheerful note.
