A Journey of Healing: Yogi Advait’s 13,000 km Pilgrimage to Awaken Aum and Foster Community
Madhya Pradesh, October 22nd, 2024: Acharya Advait Yogbhushan, a leading figure in contemporary spirituality and as a prominent spiritual leader from the Himalayan Yogi Institute and Swamarpan Foundation, belonging to the state of Uttarakhand, has embarked on a 13,000 km journey with a mission to spread the wisdom of Aum (ॐ) and holistic well-being across India. His mission is not only personal enlightenment but also the upliftment of those he encounters along his journey
Currently in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, he continues his pilgrimage to deepen the spiritual practice while fostering community engagement through yoga, mindfulness, and connection with nature. Starting at the Veerbhadra Temple in Rishikesh, he is on his way to visit 12 Jyotirlingas, including Mahakaleshwar, Somnath, and Kedarnath, while engaging with communities along the way.
The pilgrimage, inspired by his personal journey through adversity, focuses on awakening the sacred sound of ॐ (Aum) in those he encounters. Yogi Advait emphasizes the importance of non-duality and teaches mindfulness and yoga, particularly to children in schools and local communities. His sessions in temples often draw large crowds, where he speaks on themes of forgiveness and letting go of negativity.
“In line with Yogi Ji’s vision for an India united in Advait philosophy, this Yatra presents a unique opportunity for local governments to participate and benefit from this transformative journey,” shared a participant and devoted shishya. Recently, during a stop at a village near a riverbank, Yogi Advait led a yoga session under the shade of a banyan tree for national Kabaddi players and local villagers alike. His gentle yet powerful teachings inspired everyone, young and old, as they moved through the postures and chanted in unison.
The journey also includes spiritual camps (Shivirs) catering to various societal groups. Yogi Advait seeks to collaborate with government officials to amplify the pilgrimage’s impact, aiming to inspire a broader embrace of yoga and spirituality across the nation.
Acharya Advait Yogbhushan is reaching out to government officials and even the Prime Minister to amplify the impact of this pilgrimage. His goal is to inspire millions to embrace the values of yoga and spirituality, fostering a message of unity, peace, and holistic well-being. Join Yogi Ji on this inspiring journey as he walks the path of the divine, illuminating the way for countless souls seeking balance and harmony in their lives.
