India, New Zealand players competing who had better morning
Mitchell McClenaghan, Colin Munro, Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul were seen engaging in fun banter on social media talking about their favourite good morning experiences. Now you may wonder, why? Why are we even awake to read this now?
What’s really so good about mornings? However, if you watch and hear their videos closely, their morning experiences are nothing but enviable:swimming with wild dolphins; jogging around the Auckland waterfront; and playing gully cricket at sunrise along the coast of Waiheke Island.
What’s common acrossall these? Well, no prize for guessing, since if there is one place where you can enjoy all these experiences, it is New Zealand. It looks like the Indian Cricket team has been having a great time on and off the field!
The three conversational videos by the cricket giants are quirky and challenging! Its almost like you are a part of it, cause, well, we all want to do what they are doing!
Having taken a break from the IPL, Mitch and Colinare enjoying the morning with backyard cricket, which, they explain, is similarto the Indian gully cricket, at a beautiful beachonWaiheke Island, New Zealand.
Mitch’s post reads, “I began my day with some backyard cricket with my buddy @munro82here. @hardikpandya93 what’s your morning like back in India?”
Knowing Hardik, and his Mumbai Indians buddy’s challenge, we could have predicted he’djump in to share his thoughts. He said, ‘I began my day with some swimming, but I’m really looking forward to swimming with beautiful wild dolphins in New Zealand next time I’m there.’
But who knew our boyKL Rahul here would theneagerly invite his buddy Hardik to New Zealand to make his dolphin swimming wish come true?
He said,‘I usually start my day in the gym but jogging around the Auckland waterfront is a different vibe altogether. @hardikpandya93, I didn’t see any dolphins, maybe they’ll come around once you’re here.’
Inspired by the fact that New Zealand is one of the first places to see the sunlight of a new day, Tourism New Zealand, as a part of 100% Pure Welcome – 100% Pure New Zealand’, has released a content series with ‘Good Morning World’. The series sees messages shared by locals welcoming visitors from their favourite spots across the country, and these cricketing legends have eagerly jumped on board to be part of it.
