‘The Perfect Crush’ — A Love Story Woven with Memories and Emotions

Indore, July 6, 2026 — The Perfect Crush, an episodic Instagram Reels series, premiered at The Crush Coffee, Geeta Bhawan. The story has been written and created by Rishabh Raj Sharma of Indore, while the screenplay and direction are by Manisha Kag. The series is produced by Pushpendra Singh Solanki, Founder and Director of The Crush Coffee. The premiere brought together guests and members of the media to experience a heartfelt story that blends emotions with the warmth of café culture, presenting a fresh way of engaging digital audiences through mobile screens.

The story follows Kabir (Rishabh Raj Sharma) and Mahi (Charu Solanki), whose friendship begins at The Crush Coffee and gradually transforms into a memorable farewell journey. As Mahi prepares to leave Indore to pursue her career, Kabir takes her on a tour of ten different Crush Coffee outlets across the city. At each café, shared memories, unspoken emotions, and new layers of their relationship unfold. Through loyalty cards, roses, cherished moments, secret voice notes, and surprise challenges, the journey beautifully illustrates how life’s most meaningful relationships can sometimes begin over a simple cup of coffee.

The series features cinematography by Chetan Kanathe, music by Shaan Se, makeup and costume design by Jaya Patel, and assistant direction by Yash Rokde and Sajal Sen. Photography and behind-the-scenes coverage have been handled by Abhishek Patel.
