Robin Bhatt gets invited by the Nepal Film and Cultural Academy
Celebrated screen writer Robin Bhatt is invited by NFCA i.e Nepal Film and Cultural Academy, a Kathmandu based non-profit working in the area of Nepali Film and Culture development to be a part of the 1st NFCA Screen writing workshop, from 21st – 27th August 2019, as an honored resource person and mentor.
Workshop will be a 7-day closed camp event in Chitlang village in the vicinity of Kathmandu, and will involve around 60-70 participants from the film and media sectors in Nepal.
The main aim of the event is to create a forum where film makers and artists from multiple disciplines, including writing, come together and learn about the fine points of film writing.
The inauguration and closing of the workshop will be on these days, where all provincial and government officers have been invited, including the CM for welcoming and thanksgiving to the mentors / resource persons for their contributions in their respective industries.
Robin Bhatt was recently honored with Lifetime Achievement Award at the Jaipur International Film Festival.
Robin Bhatt is a veteran screenwriter with more than 66 films. He debuted with Aashiqui as script writer and his other credits include films like Gadar, Baazigar, Koi Mil Gaya, Krrish 2 and 3, Shivaay and many more.
