Justice, Celebration & Success: Applause Entertainment Throws a Bash for the Criminal Justice Franchise
Applause Entertainment recently threw a high-energy party to celebrate the smashing success of Criminal Justice, one of India’s most loved and longest-running crime drama franchises on OTT, with 4 seasons on JioHotstar. Known for its gripping storytelling and powerful performances, Criminal Justice has kept viewers hooked season after season, and this celebration brought everyone behind the magic together under one roof.
It was a star-studded evening with the cast from across all seasons showing up in style, including fan-favourite Pankaj Tripathi, Surveen Chawla, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, Asha Negi, Aatm Prakash Mishra, Shweta Basu Prasad, Barkha Singh, Khushi Bhardwaj, Khushboo Atre, Jissu Sen Gupta, Mita Vashisth, Khushboo Atre, Rucha Inamdar, Gaurav Gera, and Dibyendu Bhattacharya.
Also joining the celebrations were key people from behind the scenes, Applause Entertainment’s MD Sameer Nair, Chief Creative Officer Deepak Segal, CEO of JioStar’s Entertainment Business Kevin Vaz, and Head of Hindi Specials Vivek Srivastava, all of whom have helped shape Criminal Justice into the iconic show it is today.
From intense courtroom drama to deeply human stories behind bars, Criminal Justice has never played it safe, and that’s exactly what’s made it a hit.
As the Criminal Justice franchise continues to win hearts, fans are already wondering what’s next. If the past is any indication, Applause Entertainment isn’t done surprising us yet, the next big binge might just be around the corner.
