Lentra Enters Analytics Space with Acquisition of Data Harbor
Acquisition brings real-time data consolidation and predictive analytics capabilities to Lentra’s Intelligence Stack
Pune, September 04, 2026: Lentra, the Intelligent Decisioning Enterprise Platform for Lending, today announced its strategic entry into the analytics space with the acquisition of Data Harbor, a real-time, AI-powered data science company.
The acquisition will strengthen the Lentra Intelligence Stack, which sits on top of the Lender’s Institutional intel to provide digital insights, recommendations and executional automation to all stakeholders across the loan lifecycle.
Lending today operates in an increasingly data rich and interconnected environment, where the factors influencing credit outcomes can change rapidly. Banks therefore need timely, reliable insights to assess evolving risks and respond effectively across the loan lifecycle. As data becomes more widely available, the ability to turn it into actionable intelligence is becoming increasingly important for banks.
Founded by Ephraim Goldin, Data Harbor was spun off from G-STAT, Israel’s leading big-data analytics company. Its team, originating from G-STAT’s Innovation Lab, brings 20 years of experience across big-data projects in fintech and retail. Its technology and expertise in real-time data consolidation, predictive analytics, data science, algorithms and engineering will be integrated into the Lentra Intelligence Stack to support lenders globally.
Speaking about this acquisition, Rajesh Kumar, CEO, Lentra, commented: “Technology is becoming commoditised and data increasingly democratised. The real differentiator for banks will be the intelligence they build from their data and how effectively they put it to work. Data Harbour strengthens our analytics capabilities and is a key step towards building a category-defining Lentra Intelligence Stack, with institutional intelligence at the core of credit decisioning.”
