Madhya Pradesh’s own cricket team Sportsmint MP Tigers

Indore, December 2024: At Radisson Hotel, Indore, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh’s own cricket team MP Tigers was officially unveiled. The MP Tigers team has added a new chapter to the cricket world in the Big Cricket League (BCL) starting from December 12 in Surat.

The Sportsmint-owned MP Tigers team aims to provide a platform to the young cricket talents of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. With the aim of promoting cricket in the region, MP Tigers have decided to participate in the BCL.

The BCL is a unique tournament that gives a chance to play to professional, young, hardworking cricketers looking for opportunities. MP Tigers have included 10 aspiring and 8 international players in their squad. These players have been selected through several camps held across India.

The aim of MP Tigers is to work for the development of cricket in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. The team plans to hold trials in both these states in 2025, so that local talent can get a chance to play in the BCL. The vision of MP Tigers is to inspire the youth of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh and provide them with an opportunity to contribute to Indian cricket. The team believes that BCL will play an important role in the development of cricket in this region.

On the occasion of the launch of the MP Tigers team, Big Cricket League President – RP Singh, said, “I am extremely excited about MP Tigers joining BCL. The arrival of a new team from the cricket stronghold of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh will make our league even stronger. The young talent of MP Tigers will give a new energy to BCL. We hope that this team will become a matter of pride for the cricket lovers of Central India. BCL aims to promote domestic cricket in India and MP Tigers will help us achieve this goal.”

On the occasion of the launch of MP Tigers team, Chairman of Big Cricket League – RP Singh, eminent player of MP Naman Ojha, important pillar of Indian cricket – Sanjay Jagdale, Co – Owner of MP Tigers – Rahul Bhadoriya, Ranji icon of MP Jatin Sarsena and famous TV anchor Shaifali Bagga were present.
