Tumbbad star Sohum Shah to spend a busy New Year’s eve
Most of us draw up elaborate plans to celebrate the beginning of a new year. This year, the celebrations have doubled up nearly everywhere as this New Year also marks the turn of a decade.
While his friends have been making plans to chill and have a great time on the New Year’s eve, actor Sohum Shah, who won over the critics and the audience with his film Tumbbad a year ago, will spend it working.
The actor will be seen in an extremely dramatic and promising role in the Kookie Gulati film, The Big Bull, which also stars Abhishek Bachchan and Ileana D’Cruz. The film is backed by Ajay Devgn and will open some time next year.
Since the shooting is on in full swing in Mumbai, Sohum has decided not to let his hair down just yet. He plans to be at work and ring in the new year and decade with a busy diary and an extremely fruitful day at work.
Partying will have to wait as the film, revolving around real incidents that shook the Mumbai stock market in the 1990s and 2000s, is striving hard to keep its date with the audience. The team and the crew is relentlessly working and Sohum refuses to skip a beat here. Here’s wishing the actor a busy year ahead.
