Kyun Utthe Dil Chhod Ayae music to be composed by Uttam Singh the music creator of Gadar Ek Prem Katha

Mumbai. Music plays a very important role when it comes to depicting scenarios and especially if it’s related to love. Sony Entertainment Television is coming up with a new show named Kyun Utthe Dil Chhod Ayae. It’s a love story of three girls in 1947 Amrit, Vashma and Radha.

This story begins in pre partition phase and brings forth the girl’s dreams, hope, aspirations, and newfound love,all this at the brink of Independence. The story would start from Lahore when it was the part of India, it will depict how the lives of the people were at that time. The city of Lahore is being recreated for the show.

Music would be playing a very important role in the show and the very renowned music director Uttam Singh who has given music for Gadar Ek Prem Katha would be re-creating his magic again.Uttam Singh is all set to give the nation another romance filled song which would become the love anthem of the nation. The vocals for the song would be done by Bela Shende and Javed Ali.

Javed Ali is all set to give another blockbuster romantic song and with this song he is all set to make the nation fall in love again. Bela Shende who is a very popular name in the music world will give her melodic voice for the title track of the show as well. The nation loves their melodious voices and together they will make the entire ambience more romantic.

Uttam Singh said “ When I was approached for the show to create the music I was really excited and my excitement reached a higher level when I was narrated the story that it would be of 1940s era .The pre independence would be backdrop with the love story of three girls.

I was all set to make the music for this show memorable and something which everyone can hum. When I created the title track of the show only two names came in my mind that were Bela Shende and Javed Ali as both of their voice would suit the best for the song. With their melodious VOICE the essence of the song has only increased.

Bela Shende expressing her excitement said “ The reason I picked up the song was because I am firm believer in love, and I am fan of love stories. The best part of it was when I got to know I will be working with Javed ji and Uttam ji again. In past i had a wonderful time collaborating with them.

Both of them are respectable and utmost talented people of the music industry and working with them is such a privilege for me. When I was given a brief of the story at that moment only, I decided I would be giving my voice for the song. I am eagerly waiting for the audience to listen the song and see what their reaction is to it.”

Javed Ali said “ I am really excited to collaborate with Sony entertainment Television again. Its like coming back to home. I feel so obliged I would be working with music director Uttam Singha and singing with Bela Ji. I have heard her songs and she is fabulous singer and singing with her was a fantastic experience. The reason I took up the song was because I love the way all the three girls are being portrayed and how their love story unfolds.”
