‘Care Sangham’ Launched in Indore

Indore, 26 July, 2025: In a major step towards making quality healthcare services more accessible and organized for the people of Indore, Care CHL Hospitals has launched a community health initiative named ‘Care Sangham’. Designed specifically for residents living at a distance of 10-kilometer radius of the hospital, the initiative aims to provide preventive care, wellness awareness, and timely medical assistance under a unified structure.
Under the ‘Care Sangham’ program, residents will be offered regular health check-ups and wellness screenings. The initiative includes priority assistance in OPD and IPD services, free health awareness sessions (as per scheduled timings), free ambulance pick-up within a 5 km range, and access to a 24/7 emergency helpline (0731-4774444). In addition, members will benefit from monthly health talks, personalized quarterly health calendars, and expert health advice.

Members enrolled in the program will receive discounts on doctor consultations, health check-up packages, in-house diagnostics, and pharmacy services. Limited concessions will also be available on in-patient (IPD) admissions, excluding charges for medicines, consumables, and implants. All discounts and benefits will remain valid till December 31, 2026, and only one offer can be availed at a time.

Residents can obtain the ‘Care Sangham’ membership card from the hospital’s billing desk, help desk, or designated Care Sangham health camps. This card will grant access to all program-related benefits and priority healthcare services.
