The recently released teaser has already created a storm all over the internet, hyping excitement surrounding the release. Adding to its growing buzz is Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who backed the upcoming release by sharing the riveting teaser on her social media stories.

Hunkkaar – The Roar brings together Fatima Sana Shaikh for the first time alongside Aneet Padda in a gripping world of crime and justice. Shaikh fuels this world by playing a no-nonsense police officer opposite Padda’s portrayal of an abused victim. Known for pulling off intense characters, the audience is particularly excited to see Shaikh shine in the role of a police officer, peeling the layers of it like she does.

The courtroom drama is produced by Birla Studios and Applause Entertainment, in association with Priyanka Chopra’s production house, Purple Pebble Pictures, and Mangata Films Production. Directed by Karan D Kapadia and Nitya Mehra, Hunkkaar – The Roar is scheduled to stream on JioHotstar from September 25.
