Ziqitza Healthcare Ltd. completes 5 successful years in Madhya Pradesh

Ziqitza Healthcare Ltd operates 108 Ambulance, 104 call center, Janani Express and Mobile Medical Units with ultra modern techniques under Integrated Referral Transport System.

Bhopal. In the field of health services up to few years back Madhya Pradesh was known as a sick state, but now the time has changed. Whether it is a matter of chronic diseases or accidents, efforts are being made to provide best treatments to the victim through the government arrangements in the few minutes. Providing defeat to the death through extending help to the patient by reaching timely on the place of the accident is being done promptly. This work has been made by improving all the services which are being provided to make better the health services. This includes integrated referral transport system of the Ziqitza Healthcare Ltd., which is operating Ambulance, Janani Express, Mobile Medical Unit and Call centre. Company is about to complete its five successful years of services and during these five years emergency services has been provided to 1,05,72,179 people of the state.

For over a year, 108 ambulance workers have been acting as Corona warriors

Mr. Jitendra Sharma, Project Head, Ziqitza Healthcare Ltd further added, “During the COVID-19 pandemic, all employees of 108 ambulance team have worked with full commitment and dedication. In Madhya Pradesh over one lakh COVID patients have been served. Many of our staff members have also been infected by the virus, but neither have the services been affected nor were they stopped at any point.”

606 ambulances deployed across the state, helped 37,11,379 people

In the event of any accident or emergency, every common to the special person recall 108 ambulance at very first moment. This emergency service of the Ziqitza Company is available 24×7. To operate this free of charge service in every nook and corner of the state, 606 ambulances are deployed in which 51 are Advance Life Support ambulances, while remaining ambulances are operating with basic life support system. With the help of both type of the ambulance, 37,11,379 people have benefited till date. The company has brought about a significant overhaul in the way emergency services run in the State. Dial 108 EMRS service is a 24×7 toll free helpline number, where accident victims and pregnant women can call for assistance. The company also conducts first responder programs on a regular basis in order to increase awareness of the 108 helpline number and also to equip the people so that they deal with medical emergencies in a better manner. Under this, over 5 lkh people have been trained in the past 5 years.

840 Janani Express Ambulances have serves 63,61,691 pregnant women

Apart from helping accidental and ill person, the Janani Express is also operating in the state. This special vehicle is a boon for the newborns and pregnant women. It is not only providing facility to take pregnant women to the hospital, but also offering home drop facility to them. 840 Janani Express (Ambulances) are operating to pick up and drop newborns, pregnant women and women in labour to and from hospitals and to provide all health-related facilities to them. Through these ambulances 63,61,691 women and children received help and treatments.

104 Health Helpline Center provided health related advice to medical queries in COVID times

Ziqitza Healthcare Ltd offers unique services by operating Health Helpline Center – 104. This helpline provides all types of information and solutions. During COVID pandemic as well, many people were benefitted from the Health Helpline Center which also played a major role in combating the pandemic. In all the cities across the state, you can get help related to health department through this helpline sitting at home. If you wants any information for the treatment of your disease or wants to know address of a hospital or doctor, this helpline provide you complete information. Through counseling services, right path is shown to the concerned people and motivation is being provided to fight patiently against serious illness. This is not only offering advice facility for treatment, but also providing facility to make complaints. Any complaint related to any government hospital in the state can be made here and solutions are also being made through this helpline. This 15-seater Health Helpline Centre is providing continuous services to the people of the state from 8.00 AM to 8.00 PM. This centre has provided help to 4,99,109 people till date.

Company has trained 5 lakh people

Apart from providing health related facilities, company is also providing FREE first aid training to the people of the state. Approximately 5000 programs have been conducted and 5 lakh people have been trained so far. During this training, people are told how the victims and the accident victims can be saved in any accident. This training teaches what kind of pre hospital help can be given to the patient to save his life. Thousands of people have helped the casualties through this training.

Ziqitza is pioneer in the employee beneficial schemes

Important thing about the Ziqitza is that apart from the services for government and common people, it is striving continuously to uplift its employees. It conducts so many programs for the benefits of employees. This specially includes cricket league and scholarship program. With a view to encourage the future growth of the employee’s children the company had initiated the Scholarship Program in 2018 and since then every year the top three performers and seven other students were acknowledged for their academic excellence in the previous year. This program launched by ZHL has helped in reducing the financial burden on employees and promoted the importance of education among their children.

Real Hero Appreciation program is also conducted by the company in which employees are encouraged to continue doing the noble work.

A scholarship program is conducted for the children of the 108 pilots and EMT staffs. Topper of the 10th class is provided an annual scholarship of Rs. 50,000. Moreover, toppers of the districts are also provided scholarship of Rs. 10,000 each.
