Celebrating the culinary excellence of Punjab, the festival is set to captivate the taste buds of Indoreans at the hotel’s premier restaurant, Epicenter, commencing on January 12, 2023. Running for an immersive 9-day experience until January 21, the festival promises to deliver the true essence of Punjabi cuisine during brunch, lunch, and dinner services.

The festival’s meticulously curated menu showcases a symphony of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian delights. From the creamy richness of Dal Makhani to the succulent perfection of Tandoori Chicken, and the irresistible charm of Amritsari Kulcha, guests are invited to savor an array of dishes that pay homage to the diverse flavors of Punjab.
