It was a great experience working with Ken Ghosh

Actress Ruchi Malviya who was last seen in Eros Now’s Flip series directed by Bejoy Nambiar will now be seen in an upcoming show The Verdict directed by Ken Ghosh.

AltBalaji and ZEE5’s latest web series The Verdict – State vs Nanavati, based on the infamous 1959 case of a Naval Commander killing his wife’s lover, will begin streaming on September 30.

Ruchi Malviya will be seen playing the role of Mrs Kapadia. Talking about her role she said, “It is a small part i play in the series, but i feel so fortunate that I got to face the camera and work with a faboulous team. It was great interacting with Ken Sir. My scenes are with Elli and it was an absolute pleasure to share screen space with her.”

Based on the infamous story of KM Nanavati Vs State of Maharashtra, which is still one of the most sensational criminal cases in India; where a Parsi Naval officer shot a businessman and then confessed his crime to the police.

The Verdict features a stellar cast of Elli AvrRam, Angad Bedi, Manav Kaul, Sumeet Vyas, Kubbra Sait, Makarand Deshpande, Saurabh Shukla, Swanand Kirikire, Viraf Ashish Patel amongst others in important characters. The web series is based on true events and will be a 10-episode series.
