First Look Revealed: Kunal Kapoor Holds Nothing Back as Lord Indra Dev in Ramayana’s US Promo

The riveting US promo of one of the most ambitious theatrical spectacles, Ramayana, is out and it offers a window into Kunal Kapoor’s promising portrayal of the formidable Indra Dev, the King of Devas in Hindu mythology. Clad in a solid metal armour and arriving on his vaahan, Airavata (a majestic white elephant), Kunal Kapoor justifies Indra Dev’s throne as a supreme God.

What makes him a standout already is the intensity and rage he expresses in his new avatar, depicting that he has disappeared behind the character entirely, like he has been doing it all these years. Playing Lord Indra promises to add a golden feather to his acting range, and this first glimpse already proves that he is fitting the template just right!

Kunal Kapoor in the recently released US promo lends weight to the film’s grandiosity and majestic scale that the spectacle is built upon. Now that the first look is already out, the audience is eagerly waiting to see what’s to unfold with Kunal Kapoor blurring the lines between reality and mythology!
