18th September, 2026: Netflix has unveiled the first look of Unaccustomed Earth, a groundbreaking new family drama about a tight-knit Indian American community navigating love, longing, loss, and belonging, inspired by the internationally beloved Jhumpa Lahiri’s short story collection of the same name. Showrun by Madhuri Shekar, the series stars Freida Pinto as Parul Chaudhury and Siddharth as Amit, alongside Indraneil Sengupta, Parveen Kaur, Sarayu Blue, Justin Bartha, Adi Roy, Iyla Sundarsingh Mckaig and Jayant Kripalani.
