ISA Marathon 1.0 Showcases the Collective Strength of Indore’s IT Community; Over 2,000 Runners Participate

Indore, 27 September 2026: The Indore Software Association (ISA) successfully organised ISA Marathon 1.0, witnessing enthusiastic participation from more than 2,000 runners across the 3 km and 5 km categories. The marathon brought Indore’s IT community together while promoting fitness, environmental responsibility, a drug-free society and cyber safety.
The event was graced by Chief GuestRajesh Dandotiya, Additional DCP, Crime Branch. A special video message from the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh was also played for the participants. PushyamitraBhargava, Mayor of Indore, joined virtually from the United States and extended his wishes to the runners and Indore’s IT community.

The event was supported by Indore Police as Safety Partner, Indore Municipal Corporation (IMC) as Green City Partner, and the Department of Science & Technology, Government of Madhya Pradesh, as Ecosystem Partner.

The marathon witnessed strong corporate participation from Impetus, YASH Technologies, ClearTrail, Annova, AirVincible, and several other IT and technology companies. Industry leaders including SanjeevAgrawal from Impetus, Dharmendra Jain from YASH Technologies, and Hitesh Thakur and AnkeshGoyal from NRC Group also participated in the event, reflecting the industry’s involvement in strengthening Indore’s growing technology ecosystem.

From ISA, CA SwapnilBansal, Sachin Saboo, VikasDosi, SufiyanRao, Shawez Sheikh, Deepak Nagar and Sarvesh Sharma, along with the entire organising team, played key roles in coordinating the marathon. A large team of volunteers supported route management, participant assistance and on-ground arrangements.

ISA thanked the runners, participating companies, government departments, partner organisations and volunteers for making the first edition a success. ISA Marathon 1.0 was envisioned not merely as a run, but as a celebration of the unity of Indore’s IT community, its social responsibility and its shared commitment towards the city’s growth.
